• SINGLE BED X 3 
• 4 Bedroom with Aircond.
• 4 Bathroom with Water Heater 
• Living Hall with Aircond . 
• 1 ROOM GROUND FLOOR 
• 3 ROOM SECOND FLOOR . 
• All bedroom attached toilet inside. 

• RM100 Extra Deposit. Please transfer / bank in Day before check in.
• Deposit refundable  after check out with house in good condition.

• TOUCH AND GO         - PONG CHAI YEN (016-553 2308 ) 
• Whatsapp bank slip  to homestay operator  : June (016-506 2308 )

• Switch OFF All Electricity and Aircond when Check-out / Not in use

• Check In time     : After 3pm or above.  (Password Self check-in) 
• Check Out time : 12pm

• Self Check-In with PASSWORD . 
• We will WhatApp the house location and Password for self check-in
• On your BOOKING DATE - MORNING TIME .
• (After bank-in deposit RM100)

• EASY & FAST check-in. Just follow the easy step you will get the house key. 

• Please keep house clean. Please wash after use.

• BBQ OUTSIDE 
• We do provided BBQ pit in house.
• Table x 1 
• Chair x 10 
• BBQ grill x 1 
• BBQ utensil.
• AiS box x 1.
• NO provided charcoal.
• If need BBQ equipment please tell us when booking.
• Please keep clean after BBQ. Put the rubbish in plastic bag.

• Steamboat in house. 
• We do provided a Electric stove and pot with tableware.  
• Please keep clean after steamboat. 

•  Kitchen in house  for LIGHT COOK ONLY.

• NO SMOKING in house. ( Fine RM100)
• NO Towel.
• NO pets allowed.
• NO provided add-on mattress.

• Request for Late check out : standard CHECK OUT 12PM 
• Depend on the booking status, please contact us for more info. 
• After 12pm extra charge for RM20 /per hour until 6PM.
• After 6PM is considered for booking extra one night. 

• Request for Early check In : standard CHECK IN 3PM 
• Early check-in extra charge for RM20/ per hour. 
• Depend on  booking status. Please contact us for checking available

•  PLEASE NO KARAOKE or making too loud noise after 11pm.
