House Rules 🏡
Please read and agree before booking.

1. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Self check-in by password.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2. Refundable Security Deposit
• A RM100 refundable security deposit is required before check-in.
• The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to a quick house inspection and no damage, missing items or extra cleaning required.
• House location, self check-in SOP and door / key box password will be sent after the deposit is received on check in date morning time.

3. Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cleaning schedule.

• Early check-in before 3:00 PM: RM20/hour
• Late check-out after 12:00 PM: RM20/hour until 5:00 PM
• After 5:00 PM will be considered as an additional one-night stay.

4. Cleanliness
• Please keep the house clean and tidy.
• Please wash kitchenware after use.
• Please bag all rubbish and place it at the designated rubbish area / carpark before check-out.
• Please clean the BBQ / steamboat area after use.

5. BBQ / Steamboat
• BBQ equipment is available upon request when booking.
• Charcoal, ice and food ingredients are not provided.
• Steamboat pot and stove are provided for normal use only.
• Please clean dish after use.

6. Noise Control
• This is a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours.
• Please keep noise low after 11:00 PM.
• No karaoke, loud music or outdoor noise after 11:00 PM.
• No parties or events without approval.

7. House Restrictions
• No smoking inside the house.
• No pets allowed.
• Towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
• No glitter, confetti, nails, strong tape or wall decoration that may damage the house.
• Please do not move heavy furniture.

8. Electricity & Safety
• Please switch OFF all air-cond, lights and electrical appliances when not in use / before check-out.
• Please lock all doors and gate properly before leaving.
• Please return the key to the key box after check-out.
• Lost key / remote may incur replacement cost.

9. Damage / Missing Items
• Please report any damage, broken item or missing item immediately.
• Any damage, missing items, lost key / remote, or extra cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.
